Welcome to Ascot Woods
The Ascot Woods Homeowners Association, a self managed HOA, shall promote a friendly family neighborhood environment while assisting members in maintaining their investment. This shall be accomplished through various programs that support a well kept, safe, and aesthetically pleasing neighborhood. Open Meetings of the Association Board are held each month.
Our community is comprised of 84 single family homes in Prince William County, Virginia. Ascot Woods is situated west of Interstate 95 between exits 152 and 156 on Cardinal Drive. The Community is close to Northern Virginia Community College, the Potomac Mills Mall and Potomac Hospital. School age children living within Ascot Woods attend Henderson Elementary School, Rippon Middle School and Potomac Senior High School.The goal of this website is to better serve our members by keeping them informed of Association rules, regulations and membership, to be a resource for information about our community, to provide news and announcements of local events, and provide our members the opportunity to have an active role in our community.
